This year during the track season, Coach Conrad has poured knowledge into each member of his team. When I decided to run track, I did not know what I was signing up for. I had run for Coach Conrad before (Cross Country), but I was still nervous that it would be something I did not enjoy. I was wrong to think that. This season has been a season of great friendships and growth both in strength and mentally. Coach Conrad has not only taught his team to run well, but also done it in such a way that most of us look forward to coming back day after day.

When I came my first day to spring track, I was nervous and only knew a few people. As the weeks went by I made great friendships with people and enjoyed their company. Everyone on the team is so sweet and a joy to be with. My seasons with Performance 360 have been amazing.

I've enjoyed my first season of track. I met a lot of great people, I have the best coach that I have ever known, and I've learned a good amount. The most import things I've learned though are: to be patient, work hard, always, always, always try as hard as you can, don't take shortcuts, do all the extra stuff, and always be thankful.

A good amount of Physical Education courses are strictly sports. Others focus more on anatomy and health. My P.E. class this year has taught me significantly more than any other Physical Education course I have taken. In this class you learn life lessons, lessons that you can really benefit from if you were to put them into practice.

I learned to avoid comparing myself to others, have confidence, and try to perform to the best of my ability. Cross Country has helped me to realize that if I believe in myself, then I can achieve things I thought were not possible of myself. Of all the coaches I have had, Coach Conrad has pushed me the hardest, given the greatest results with his workouts, and believed in me more than any other coach. Some coaches will tell you to do things that they don't do themselves, but Coach Conrad lives what he tells us to do. He is a good role model for us. Coach is a person who inspires respect.
