Highlights of the program

  • Strength Training – two weight room sessions per week addressing injury prevention, the athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances with main focus on hip and torso strength development.
  • Improve strength to weight ratio.
  • Improve running mechanics.
  • Improve aerobic and anaerobic capacities and lactic threshold – sport specific.
  • Speed and agility training.
  • Cross Country preparation for 2016 season
  • Mental skill development training daily reinforcement.
  • Nutritional guidance how to fuel the athlete’s body for maximum performance.
