Highlights of the program
- Strength Training – two weight room sessions per week addressing injury prevention, the athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances with main focus on hip and torso strength development.
- Improve strength to weight ratio.
- Improve running mechanics.
- Improve aerobic and anaerobic capacities and lactic threshold – sport specific.
- Speed and agility training.
- Cross Country preparation for 2016 season
- Mental skill development training daily reinforcement.
- Nutritional guidance how to fuel the athlete’s body for maximum performance.
