Performance 360 cross country is offered each fall to home school families as well as students in Union and Mecklenburg County whose schools do not offer a cross country program.
Highlights of the program
- Improve running mechanics, strength and flexibility
- Work with athletes recovering from injuries
- Improve aerobic, anaerobic capacity and lactic threshold key components to running economy and performance
- Mental skill development training with daily reinforcement
- Nutritional guidance to fuel the athlete’s body for maximum performance
2026 Information: Aug 1st to October 7th
Practice Times: Monday through Thursday, 4:15 – 6:30 pm
Practice Location: 305 Reid Dairy Road, Weddington, NC 28173
Cost: $385 plus $85 uniform fee (if needed).
